The Pilates Method
The Pilates method is a system of movement and therapeutic exercise developed over a span of 60 years by German born athlete and physical therapy pioneer, Joseph H. Pilates. By using the specialized equipment that Joseph designed, pilates offers resistance to strengthen muscles while balancing muscular force at the joint. It stimulates circulation of the whole body by facilitating muscular flexibility, joint range of motion and proper alignment.

Hayley graduated from the most comprehensive and intensive program in the world, and is continually developing in her role as pilates instructor and continually pushing her own body to strive for uniformed development.
Hayley loves the outdoor life, along with her pilates, running and biking are her passion. Pilates has provided Hayley with the strength and flexibility to sustain this active lifestyle.
